I have a custom one off 2 piece buick v6 block for sale. It makes for easy replacement of all engine internals and extra windage.  Grin  I will try to have some pictures of this engineering marvel this weekend, but feel free to make an offer....

You need to post pictures or it didn't happen.... Tongue

I have a stock block that could be used, I'll warranty it up to 9.50's....

9.50's is that 1/8 mile cause you know what happens at 10.0's in the 1/4 mile they blow up. Shocked

That looks like an expensive V6 block!!!

So did the crank, cam, and lifts look alright?

Had to remove the cam very carefully, due to the cam bearings still partially in the journals. But all internals look great, looks like its time to get that stage 2 block ready and a GT47/88. With some weight reduction. I was hoping to do some TSM races, but it looks like thats not going to happen. Oh well maybe it will be TSO and some X275.

Unfotunately, Ryan broke that at a x275 race that only runs 1/8 mile.  That was the first time the combination was really leaned on, needless to say the first have of the track showed signs of an easy 9 second ride with around 24psi of boost.

That combination was going to run deep into the 9's.

I would like to know if the block was cracked last year at ubly and that is why it started to push out a cam bearing?

If so, I would have to assume that the block was damaged from day one.  I've never seen a Buick block handle such little amount of HP before failing.

OR it could be the driver, seeing the TPS curves off the line.  I'm sure that could have caused a an issue.  What do you think Ryan?

Ryan when its our engine failure you can give us a hard time. Not sure how long that will take you could be waiting a long time.
