You plan on fabricating the headers and cold size piping yourself?

This is going to be a neat project to follow..

I bought some small chevy block huger stainless headers i believe they will work. Then going to make the 2 1/4 pipes going to the turbo. Only problem so far is getting the two 2 1/4 pipes to the divided t-4 flange.
These are some shots of the headers please feel free to say if something is wrong.

We are looking for some mild steel bends locally for the motorhome tmrw. I will have my dad call you if he finds some for a decent price but if we don't find any. Give these guys a call. I see there turbo flanges look just like the alumnium ones we got from them which are a nice piece and the bends look like they are a pretty good price after a quick search. Headers fit good and the mount also looks plenty strong. Nice work

That is some nice quality work there Kevin!

What are you thinking for wastegate location? Right there are the bends for the two tubes going up to the base of the turbo mount?

Can't wait to see the finish product.

I was thinking on the bends. But not sure if i can get in the flow direction, is that crucial?

Placement helps with boost creep or run away conditions.  At the bend is best with a y shape.
